Student Ambassador

Since 1996, a student from one of Littleton’s high schools has been a part of each visiting delegation. Students who are applying for the all-expense paid trip prepare and present a program based on the theme, “Littleton, My Hometown” to a selection committee. The winning student gives the presentation to Littleton City Council and other local civic groups. While in Bega, the program is presented to civic groups in Bega. Over the years, students have been very enthusiastic about their experiences as student ambassador. Student ambassador families can host the Bega ambassador. Students have experienced lifelong friendships and perspectives of a different country and culture.
